LANNER HILL - SAUVIGNON BLANC
An excellent example of a Darling Sauvignon Blanc – this classic wine has a focussed duration of flavours reflecting the cool coastal origin. Bright complex aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit, citrus and fresh herb. The mid-palate is intense and fruit driven, well balanced, combined with mineral flavours and long finish. This Lanner Hill Sauvignon Blanc is a serious, yet food friendly wine to be enjoyed today and up to eight years from vintage.
The grapes were harvested during mid February 2013. This wine fermented in stainless steel tanks and left on the fine lees for eight months to ad complexity.
