This 5 Star platter red blend consists of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon and 27% Merlot. Layers of black fruit, cedar, red plums, liquorice, chocolate and tobacco greets you on the nose and palate. Only free run juice were used. 8 of the best barrels were selected. Aged in a combination of French and American 300 liter oak barrels for 22 months.
