Salt of the Earth is a Shiraz (67%) and Cinsaut (33%) blend and has an abundance of dark cherry, spicy white pepper and violet flavour on the nose. Cinsault flavours of cherries and strawberries are prominent on the palate. The wine is very well structured with soft tannins and has great length.
