Charles is blessed to interact with many wine producers, and not only in Darling but in the wider Winelands and so we will often bring into the shop an interesting wine and give it a bit of “retail experience”. A bit like rabbits, not only do these wines have a habit of increasing, but we have a habit of squirreling them away for as special tasting or occasion.

Well, Ida has picked up her broom and donned her apron for a bit of a spring clean, discovering rather delicious rarities in the process. Some are only single bottles, so you need to combine them with something else so that we can cost-effectively send them to you.
